Well it time to start looking towards the Super Bowl again. Preseason is over and the real games begin. Time to start weighing in on your thought for the season.

AFC
East:
While the Jets and Dolphins are on top preseason, I still go with New England to come out on top, just ahead of Bills but not undefeated.
North:
Steelers
South:
This is a tough one, I’m leaning Jaguars battling the Titans over it.(Yes I know the Colts are in this division)
West:
Chargers

NFC
East:
Another tough one I say it was between:
Dallas & Redskins with the skins on top
(Boy I’m going hear on this one)
North:
This could be the Lions year if they get past the Vikings.
South:
Tampa Bay or New Orleans not sure which way to go here
West:
Likely the year of the Bird again – Seahawks squeaking by the Cardinals again.
DA BEARS!!!!

Rex still needs some work but I think he will improve this year.

Kyle is looking real good.

Brian is still the man.

All in all the team looked ok in the preseasion. Hopefully they can keep it together and go all the way.

Hey I can dream can't I
Maxx06,

The Bears appeared to have it together a couple of times, but I think the Lions and Vikings have a better chance.

But hey, like you said "I can dream can't I?" - In my case I think if I dreamed either of my teams would win, they would likely call the men in the White Coats to take me away.

Since no one as yet stated their predictions, I thought I would post Yahoo's picks:

AFC

East: Patriots/Jets/Bills/Dolphins - we agree

North: Steelers/Bengals/Browns/Ravens - we agree

South: Colts/Jaguars/Titans/Texans - I'd drop the Colts to 3rd

West: Chargers/Broncos/Chiefs/Raiders - we agree

NFC

East: Cowboys/Giants/Eagles/Redskins - Big Disagreement

North: Packers/Bears/Vikings/Lions - Disagree, I have them flipped.

South: Saints/Bucaneer/Panthers/Falcons -- We agree, but I not sure of Nbr. 1 - While I favor the Saints, Tampa's coach is great for pulling them out.

West: Seahawks/Rams/Cardinals/49ers -- we agree on first place, I have the Cardinals in second.
Well it's 4 weeks into the season, let's see how I'm going

AFC
East:
I have New England over the Bills - but it looks like the Bills may take it 2-1-0 to 4-0-0
North:
Steelers - Let's see how the game with Baltimore comes out. EDITED IN Steelers won so now Pit is 3-1 and Bal is 2-1 they could still give them a run.
South:
I had Jaguars battling the Titans over it - So far looks like I'm good here to.
West:
Chargers - Although Denver has a better record and the Chargers have lost 2, I stand by them

NFC
East:
I had the Redskins over Dallas - maybe todays game proved it. The Giants are still there so this should prove interesting.
North:
I may have blown this one, Lions over Vikings. Green Bay has the best record but who knows.
South:
Tampa Bay over New Orleans - Carolina may be a spoiler but I still go with Tampa.
West:
Seahawks over the Cardinals - I still behind this one (Who would have thought the 49'ers would be tied for fist place?)

It's time for some others to start weighing in on their thoughts for the season.
I'm a Giant fan so I would like to thank Maxx06 for Da Bears knocking off Philly this week. Good game.
Week 5 of the season, my choices/standings:

AFC
East:
I have New England over the Bills - The Bills still have a better record but they lost to Arizona today NE 3-1-0 to BUF 4-1-0
North:
Steelers - Steelers are 4-1-0 Baltimore are 2-2-0 - looks like things are going to the Steelers
South:
I had Jaguars battling the Titans over it - Looks like the Titans plan on finishing on top.
West:
Chargers - Well it's beginning to look like Denver make take this division unless the Chargers get their act together. SD 2-3-0 (loses to Carolina, DENVER & Miami) Denver is 4-1-0 (it's lost was to KC)

NFC
East:
Redskins over Dallas. The Giants are still there so this should prove interesting. WASH 4-1-0 (lost to the Giants) & Dallas is 4-1-0 (Lost to the Redskins) The Giants are 4-0-0 this is a tough division.
North:
Ok I blew this one bad. Don't know who is going to win this one.
South:
Tampa Bay over New Orleans - Carolina now 4-1-0 (lost to the Vikings) while Tampa is 3-2-0 (Loses to the Saints & Broncos) Saints are now 2-3-0 with their lost to the Vikings.
West:
Seahawks over the Cardinals - This is another where it looks like I picked the wrong team --- But at least it's not as bad a my choices for the NFC North!! Cardinals are currently in 1st with 3-2-0, Seahawks are 1-3-0 (losses to Buffalo, 49'ers and NY Giants)

It's time for some others to start weighing in on their thoughts for the season.
Looking at the schedule, the last week of October (TB vs. Dallas), (SD vs NO), (NYG vs. PIT) and (IND vs TEN) and the first two weeks of November Week 1 (Dallas vs Giants), (Wash vs. PIT) & (NE vs IND - always good to watch) Week 2 (BUF vs NE), (Ten vs CHI) and for Perry - (PHI vs Giants) -- these may be the deciding weeks of this season, many of the top teams will be going head to head. Will the Giants and Titans stay undefeated or will they have peaked. Will Bills hold off the Patriots? Will the Chargers re-emerge this season? It will be an interesting couple of weeks. I only highlighted a couple of match-ups, there are some other great games scheduled during these weeks as well.
Dallas vs. Giants in week 1 in November is the one to decide if the Giants stay undefeated. I think Dallas took their loss against the Redskins personally and will be harder to beat as the season goes on. Philly is weak this year but in the NFC East they can be very stubborn.
Anybody want to comment about their division?
Week 6 of the season, my choices/standings:

AFC
East:
I have New England over the Bills - The Bills still have a better record and the Jets are 3-2-0 just like New England looks like it will be the middle of November before this shakes out.

North:
Steelers - Steelers are 4-1-0 with a bye this week and Baltimore dropped another one.

South:
I had Jaguars battling the Titans over it - Looks like the Titans plan on finishing on top. Indianapolis is right behind the Jags another let's see where we are in November.

West:
Chargers - They beat New England soundly making them 3-3-0 (loses to Carolina, DENVER & Miami) Denver is 4-2-0 (losses to KC and Jacksonville)

NFC
East:
Redskins over Dallas. WASH 4-2-0 (losses to Giants & St Louis) & Dallas is 4-2-0 (Losses to Redskins & Arizona) The Giants are 4-0-0 today and play Cleveland tomorrow - there is a good chance they will be 5-0-0 (But there have been some unexpected upsets so who knows). Middle to the end of November before we know what's happening here.

North:
Can we pretend I didn't pick one? 3 teams at 3-3-0 and one at 0-5-0 looks like Detroit is going for a perfect record this year!

South:
Tampa Bay over New Orleans - Carolina 4-2-0 (losses to Vikings & Tampa Bay), Tampa is 4-2-0 (Loses to the Saints & Broncos), Atlanta is 4-2-0 (losses to Tampa Bay & Carolina) Saints are now 3-3-0 (losses to Washington, Denver & Minnesota)
This is one tuff division this year, we may go down to the wire in this division.

West:
Seahawks over the Cardinals - This is another where it looks like I picked the wrong team --- But at least my second place team is on top. Cardinals are 4-2-0 (with their latest win over Dallas, Seahawks are 1-4-0 (losses to Buffalo, 49'ers, NY Giants and Eagles)

What's happened to all of our other football fans this year? Nobody is rooting for their own team (Perry and Maxx06 excepted)
