I working too much every day for Paul but him never pay to me please help me...Speak with Paul I work much... Let me repeat what I said to Norse in a pm yesterday and then you may realise why I think it's a bad idea that Ana has her own page, topic etc.
Ana works extremely hard for the Company, anyone who has been here knows that. Without her we wouln'd be able to operate as smoothly as we do, I know that. Time is limited for her but she is willing to find some time to try and answer questions and get to know you people.
Her problem is that she is embarassed that her English is not good enough, [BH]and that people will think she is uneducated. [:O]Everyone who knows Ana knows this is not true. Norse suggested that I translate for her and my answer was this. 'If I translate everyone will think it's me who is doing the writing' this is not what we want, we want Ana to be Ana. However after 1 small peice of writing she is allready in doubt. I must check up when your dates are Gator, because I will have the hat ready for you, let me know if you want a salsa with it. [}

Paul, please assure Ana that we appreciate her attempt to converse in our language. I, for one, can assure her that her English as a second language is far superior to my Spanish as a second language. In fact, I am lost with anything other than hello, goodbye, and where is the biblioteca?! We would not want to interfere with her ability to do her job. If you would pass on our questions and let us know her answers and advice we would be very grateful.

I wouldn't be too bothered about the need for explanations regarding Englsih etc etc. Paul is right, Ana and Paul have far too much on their plates to reply to each and every query. Additionally, most of the Testimonials confirm the reality of the Resort.
People shouldn't forget that TS is a business offering a certain type of product to certain types of consumers. The Management are well versed in how to promote and sell this service. Visitors demands should be within reason. If Ana wants to reply to every whim and desire of every Tom, Dick and Harry, then so be it.
I know if the shoes were on my feet, I would only jump as high as I could and not as high as someone wanted me to!
We all know that Ana is a very busy person. May I make a suggestion?
Could Ana just have a section for "The Question of the Week"
Let Ana (or Paul or one of the moderators) go through all the questions and just pick 1 (one) to answer? This way she would not be tied down and still be able to communicate with her loyal subjects once a week?

After reading everyone's comments, I'm sure Ana understands that we all respect her.
She has heard some of us try to speak Spanish - we are the ones who should be embarrassed; Spanish is much easier than English. We have no rights to criticise her - even if we were so rude.
But even though her small problems with English don't lessen our respect for her, we must respect her feelings about it.
It is difficult enough to get on a message board with your own language and not everyone is comfortable with it. I have to say that Ana's English is a hell of a lot better than what little high school Spanish that I still retain and Jimbo is very right English is a very dynamic and difficult language to learn and use. As hard as English is however I just can't get the hang of masculine and femanine articles in languages, it just confuses me to no end. One day before I die I will have to master Spanish somehow. I know I can do it just not sure how to go about it and where I will find the time.
